Product Warranty
Swakis Ltd provides a limited product warranty of 10 years for the Swakis 100, 12 years for the Swakis 200, and 15 years for the Swakis 400 solar panel models from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Performance Warranty
In addition, Swakis guarantees that the panels will produce at least 97% of the rated power in the first year, followed by a maximum annual degradation of 0.6% per year, ensuring that after 25 years the panels will still deliver not less than 84.8% of their original rated power.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Cosmetic defects that do not affect performance are also excluded.
